By using GymPact, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. GymPact is operated by MRH Codes.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information.
- Keeping your login credentials secure.
- Using GymPact lawfully and respectfully.
- Choosing pacts, goals, and activity levels appropriate for your situation.
- Reviewing information before relying on it for your own fitness decisions.
Health and Fitness Disclaimer
GymPact is a fitness accountability and tracking tool. Fitness activities can involve risk. You are responsible for deciding whether a workout, goal, or activity is safe for you. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
No Medical Advice
GymPact does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information in the app is for general fitness and accountability purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise, diet, or wellness program, especially if you have a medical condition or health concern.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
GymPact may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases, including GymPact Pro. Purchases are handled through the applicable app store and may use RevenueCat to manage purchase status and entitlements. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing are subject to the rules of the app store or payment provider used for the purchase.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users.
- Submit fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized activity information.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without permission.
- Interfere with GymPact security, reliability, or normal operation.
- Use GymPact for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
Account Termination
MRH Codes may suspend or terminate access to GymPact if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users, misused the app, or if continued operation of your account would create legal, security, or operational concerns.
Changes to GymPact
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of GymPact over time. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version with a new last updated date.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MRH Codes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of GymPact. GymPact is provided without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or meet your expectations.
