Information We Collect
GymPact may collect and process information you provide or generate in the app, including:
- Account data such as your name, email address, username, login details, and settings.
- Progress data such as pact participation, streaks, goals, check-ins, logs, and badges.
- Activity data such as steps, workout minutes, and related fitness activity data that you choose to enter manually or sync from supported health platforms.
- Support messages, bug reports, and feedback you send to MRH Codes.
HealthKit and Google Health Connect
If you choose to connect Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect, GymPact may read activity information such as step count, workout minutes, and related activity data to help track progress toward your goals. You can manage health permissions through your device settings. GymPact does not write data to Apple Health.
Progress Shared With Pact Members
GymPact is built around shared accountability. Members of a pact may see relevant progress information such as goal completion, check-ins, streaks, and other pact-related status. Do not join or create a pact with people you do not want seeing that progress.
Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications, GymPact may use notification tokens and app activity to send reminders, pact updates, streak prompts, and account-related messages. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
GymPact may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases, including GymPact Pro. Purchases may be processed through Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. MRH Codes may receive purchase status, entitlement, renewal, and cancellation information needed to provide paid features, but payment card details are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate and improve GymPact, including to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Track pact progress, activity goals, streaks, and achievements.
- Provide customer support and respond to account deletion requests.
- Send notifications you have enabled.
- Provide and verify subscriptions or in-app purchase entitlements.
- Maintain security, debug issues, and prevent misuse.
Account Deletion Requests
You may request account deletion by using the in-app account deletion option where available or by emailing support@mrhcodes.com from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify the request before deleting account data. Some limited records may be retained when necessary for security, legal, purchase, or dispute-related reasons.
Data Security
MRH Codes uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect GymPact data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children and Minors
GymPact is not intended for children under 13. If you are a minor in your location, use GymPact only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as GymPact changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
